RNF Group is based in Drunen, in the heart of Brabant. As soon as you walk through our doors, it is instantly clear: a passion for footwear and fashion is hardwired into our DNA. Building strong brands like Mexx, Fred de la Bretoniere, and Shabbies Amsterdam is our daily focus here in Drunen. In addition, through Ferro Footwear, we design private label shoe collections for leading domestic and international retailers. Since our launch in 1996, we have evolved into a major international player, yet we have always stayed true to our Brabant roots. Short lines of communication, fast decision-making, and a shared commitment remain the foundation of our success.

From design to supply chain: how our teams are structured
Operating from our central hub in Brabant, our teams provide the essential expertise that keeps multiple fashion brands running smoothly. Our IT department delivers the secure, resilient digital infrastructure that underpins our daily workload. Financial stability is monitored by Finance & Control, while Facilities maintains a practical, professional working environment. Meanwhile, HR focuses on workplace well-being and supporting colleagues throughout their careers.
We also carry significant responsibility for regulatory standards and quality control. Our Compliance & Responsibility (CR) team ensures we consistently align with current sustainability guidelines, while Data Management builds the clear structures needed for efficient everyday collaboration.
Visual storytelling happens in our dedicated Photo Studio, where we produce sharp imagery for campaigns and products. Everything culminates in the Warehouse, our fast-moving logistical hub where goods are received, processed, and dispatched to global clients. By pooling our skills, we secure the daily success of the HVEG Group brands.
