HVEG Accessories Group is a leading specialist in private label fashion accessories, operating as part of the international HVEG Group. From our creative hub in Eindhoven, we design and develop bespoke collections of eyewear, belts, bags, scarves, and beanies for major retailers and discounters across Europe.

From design to supply chain: how our teams are structured
At HVEG Accessories Group, everything centres on teamwork; we simply don't believe in silos. Combining our strengths is what allows us to fast-track an initial idea straight onto the retail shelves. Our Sales Team usually takes the lead, pitching complete private label concepts rather than loose products. They take care of everything from concept to final delivery, working hand-in-hand with the rest of the business every single day.
Our stylists kick things off by turning global trends into commercial designs that hit the right demographic. The people from the buying department then step in to source the best materials and suppliers, locking in the perfect balance of quality, price, and lead times. At the same time, the Corporate Responsibility (CR) team keeps us compliant, making sure every product meets all legal standards and certifications.
Our merchandisers are the glue that holds the process together — they coordinate production, keep schedules on track, and manage samples and orders. Once everything is retail-ready, our logistics team ensures seamless delivery to the right destination, while the people in Finance manage the numbers behind the scenes. Together, we form one seamless chain, dedicated to creating high-quality private label accessories that truly excite both retailers and consumers.
