From design to supply chain: how our teams are structured
Within HVEG Group, we do not work for just one brand or business unit, but for the entire organisation. Our central teams support all areas, allowing the individual brands and business units to focus fully on developing and selling successful fashion collections.
The HR and Recruitment team builds a strong organisation by attracting talent and creating a solid foundation. Our colleagues in ICT and Business Applications form the technical backbone, ensuring that e-commerce, logistics, and finance systems are smartly integrated. Meanwhile, our e-commerce specialists drive online growth through webshops and digital campaigns, collaborating closely with the brands.
The Corporate Responsibility team also plays a pivotal role, translating legislation into practical solutions under their motto: “Better Every Day.” Our finance colleagues provide sharp insights to support strategic decisions, while the people in Supply Chain and Customer Service streamline operations to deliver the high service standards our clients expect.
We do not operate in isolation, but focus on shared solutions. We support one another and share knowledge to ensure our brands and private label organisations succeed.
