We manage the entire process for a diverse portfolio of retailers and brands. From initial design and styling to sourcing, production, and final delivery—everything is managed centrally, with a sharp focus on quality, speed, compliance, and reliability.
Our Netherlands-based design team creates inspiring collections driven by current trends and commercial must-haves. Clients can either choose from our existing concepts or have a collection fully tailored to their specific requirements.

Whether it involves long-term programmes, Never-Out-of-Stock (NOS) collections, or seasonal items with fast turnaround times, we make it happen. Fashion Linq manages the complete supply chain, collaborating with trusted long-term partners and our own dedicated teams. Throughout this process, we maintain a continuous commitment to meticulous production, consistent quality, and strict legal and sustainability compliance.
From design to supply chain: how our teams are structured
At FashionLinq, teamwork is everything. From the initial client brief to the final store-ready collection, every colleague plays an essential role in our process. By combining the strengths of our specialist teams, we successfully translate creative concepts into commercial collections that deliver on style, fit, and execution.
Our Product Managers serve as the direct link to our clients, bringing in new projects. Styling then develops the foundations of the collections, while Artwork & Graphics designs unique, distinctive prints. Meanwhile, our Fitting Specialists keep a close eye on fit and quality standards, ensuring each garment aligns with our clients' specific requirements.
Our Merchandise team manages production workflows, tracks styling samples, and handles daily communication with the Far East. In doing so, we collaborate closely with our office in Bangladesh, where the Deputy Manager and local team provide an indispensable link. Alongside our Commercial Director, Business Unit Managers, and Finance, we connect creativity with practical execution as one dedicated team.
