Based in Gronau (Westphalia), Fashion Connections has spent over thirty years specialising in the development, manufacturing and distribution of clothing collections. We supply major retailers, department stores and supermarkets across Germany and neighbouring countries, offering both tailored private label apparel for the entire family and immediate-delivery wholesale ranges under our own brands.
Our Gronau facility houses a dedicated team of specialists. Our design studio focuses on developing highly commercial, trend-driven collections, while technical experts strictly manage garment fit and quality control, and logistics coordinators secure reliable delivery schedules.

From design to supply chain: how our teams are structured
Operating from our Gronau office near the border, we create custom private label collections for major department stores, supermarkets, and retailers across Germany and neighbouring markets. Our strength lies in having all our experts under one roof, sharing a mutual understanding of the business.
The workflow begins with our sales colleagues, who transform client demands into a clear commercial strategy. The design team then steps in to create collections tailored directly to the target market. From there, the buying department sources the right materials and suppliers, while the people in merchandising coordinate the entire development cycle, managing everything from initial sampling to final dispatch.
Quality control relies heavily on our fitting experts, who rigorously evaluate fit and execution to maintain our standards. Once production wraps up, the logistics team manages distribution, with the support of finance and support colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration across the board.
We work in a close-knit team with a supportive, personal atmosphere. At the same time, we benefit from the solid backing and expertise of the HVEG Group. It is precisely this combination that makes Fashion Connections a unique place to work.
