For nearly 30 years, we have been the premier private-label footwear specialist for major national and international retailers. From rain boots and slippers to trend-led sneakers and fashionable footwear, we expertly translate the latest fashion movements into commercially successful collections for women, men, and children, tailored entirely to our clients' needs.
Our passion for footwear is tangible the moment you step into our Drunen office, where you are instantly surrounded by the newest trends and inspiring materials. This is a creative hub where craftsmanship thrives. From here, we collaborate closely with our dedicated office in China.

From design to supply chain: how our teams are structured
At Ferro Footwear, close collaboration is key. Developing a successful private-label footwear collection is a team effort in which every department plays a crucial role. From the initial design to the final delivery, we work together to ensure that each collection perfectly aligns with our clients' needs.
The foundation lies with our design team. Using a commercial eye, the latest trends are translated into collections for a wide range of retailers — from specialist shoe stores to major supermarket chains. The designers work closely with the people in our sales department to ensure every collection hits the mark. By continuously sharing market developments and client feedback, their combined insights form the basis for future collections.
Our specialists in purchasing align seamlessly with this process. They select the right materials and suppliers, continuously balancing quality and price. Next, the order management and planning team takes over. They manage the entire production process and ensure that every delivery arrives at the client exactly as scheduled.
Led by our Managing Director, we operate as a tight-knit and dedicated team. Thanks to our short lines of communication and a genuine hands-on mentality, we adapt quickly and elevate each other's work every single day.
