What will you do?

In this role, you make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, from order to delivery. You keep an overview, switch quickly and ensure that customers, suppliers, sales and logistics are well coordinated. You understand that a decision can have an impact beyond the immediate situation and are able to anticipate the consequences for the customer, planning and the rest of the supply chain.

No two days are the same. One day, you coordinate a logistical puzzle between a supplier and a customer; the next, you are aligning with sales teams, warehouses or external partners to ensure an order runs smoothly. You think commercially, identify opportunities and risks, and take responsibility for the end result. Do you see an opportunity to do something better, smarter or faster? Then you take the initiative.

You are the person who brings calm and overview to a dynamic environment. You keep multiple interests in mind, adapt quickly when circumstances change and make sure agreements are followed through. In short: you keep the entire chain running, even when things get busy.

In addition, you will:

• Manage and monitor customer orders from A to Z;
• Communicate daily with customers, sales teams and warehouses;
• Maintain an overview of incoming and outgoing goods flows;
• Contribute to planning and forecasting;
• Ensure goods reach the right location and the right customer;
• Accurately process administrative activities related to orders and shipments;
• Prepare import, export and transit documentation;
• Identify bottlenecks and take immediate action to find solutions.

Who are you?

You are someone who takes ownership and gets energy from a role with a high level of responsibility. You like to keep an overview, while also being flexible enough to switch quickly when plans change. You don’t just focus on individual tasks, but look at the bigger picture: what does a change mean for the customer, the supplier, the planning and ultimately the result? You have a commercial mindset and understand that good logistics is about more than simply moving goods. In addition, you have:

• HBO-level working and thinking ability;
• Proven experience in Order Process or a related field- or equivalant role;
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems is a plus;
• Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• An affinity with fashion is a plus;
